Building this website as a live creative process
This Kraakwerk website was built through vibe programming: a fast, conversational way of shaping software where the idea, the design and the working code evolve at the same time.
Instead of starting with a fixed technical specification, the site grew through small decisions: articles, tags, menus, music projects, galleries, Bandcamp embeds, SoundCloud, standalone code projects and a lightweight admin system. The result is a custom CMS that fits the way Kraakwerk works: direct, flexible and a little experimental.
The site runs on PHP with SQLite, so it stays light and portable on ordinary hosting. Standalone browser projects can live next to the CMS in `/00projects/`, while articles and project pages remain editable from the admin area.
This is not only a website. It is also part of the work: an evolving tool, archive and publication space for music, code, media experiments and autonomous projects.
